1.1 teaching method of teacher that I observed

     For the teaching method of the teacher that I observed is a mix between Teacher- student centered, in learning, the teacher as the main role in learning activities that control the class well, the teacher explains the material and provides opportunities for students to give their opinions, ideas and opinions. 

           The teacher also uses a learning strategy using stamps, this is able to motivate students to be more active in class because the stamp will be given if the student answers questions or is active in class discussions, in addition to student-teacher interaction, my research teacher also conducts group discussion activities such as forming groups in class and giving scores for their groups on the board so that students are more enthusiastic about discussing. 

    Regarding rules in the classroom, the teacher provides rules at the beginning, such as during learning must use English etc. And at the end of the lesson the teacher gives exercises or assignments so that students understand the material learned, but there are several classes whose exercises are given on different days.

1.2 Their learning materials and innovation

  The materials taught by my research teacher are in accordance with the curriculum and lesson plans of each class according to the target of learning success, such as discussing grammar, literacy and others.

1.3 Source of learning and technology by the teacher

     During the learning process of the teacher is uses a laptop and projector or tv to display material to students, so before the class started the teacher has prepared the material to be discussed in the form of powerpoint slides. the learning process can run systematically without having to waste time writing on the blackboard.

1.4 authentic assessment by the teacher

For the assessment, the teacher determines the maximum value weight in each question, for example, for 6 questions, the maximum weight is 30, with the highest point for each number being 5. Then the teacher not only gives grades, but also provides notes or feedback on student worksheets.
