Observation

     This is my observation activity in several classes before I did my demo teaching, they were very active, smart, friendly and dared to express their opinions and ideas well.

Teaching plan 

      The activity plan starts with singing together to increase motivation and control the mood of students to be better and ready to start learning, after that the teacher displays a picture and gives some questions to build students' idea development through picture media, then the teacher starts reading activities together and question and answer discussions to ensure the level of students' understanding of the material discussed.

after that the teacher forms several discussion groups and provides learning media in the form of cards in each group. The teacher asks students to arrange the pictures according to the material that has been learned and present it in front of the class.

       As an assignment, the teacher gives an exercise to be completed that day, not homework. The teacher asks students to write a reflection text related to the moral message learned from the material discussed, for a total of 10 points, assessed based on context and how well the student conveys his/her opinion and story.

    Classroom management in my learning activities is that the teacher explains in front and asks students to be active in learning such as each student is required to read and understand the learning material, then during discussion activities the teacher provides space for each student to work together and discuss in their groups effectively and of course the teacher will control the discussion process, and the teacher will give a warning to students if they are noisy or do not pay attention to their friends who are presenting the results of their discussions in front of the class. This is done by paying attention to how the student's character and the appropriate method so that learning continues to run conducive.
